Sept School Holidays at the beach

It's school holidays at present so I haven't had a lot of spare time to scrap but I have had some fabulous photo opportunities.

We live two blocks from the beach so it's really easy to take them down there whenever they're bored with a bucket and spade to make sandcastles. Here are DD and DS getting knocked over by some waves (which are very unusual at Redcliffe!).

I can't wait to do a scrapbook of all these beach shots...... I may even get around to trying my clear album idea......

How cute! We end up going at least once a year when the kids break up for their summer holidays. This year we went to the Lakeland Park up in Cumbria, UK. I've been up that way on holiday before but this was the first time we had stopped in a caravan up there and we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately we didn't get the best of weather though!

Shame if you go away on holidays and don't get good weather. But it's still nice to get away!
